Working Transitions

This unique program is designed for individuals who are navigating the waters of career transition: looking for that important first job right out of college, making a change to another career, surviving a layoff, or re-entering the workforce.

How you think about your situation is as important as what you think about it. Traditional career or job-hunting strategies ask you to build upon what you already know. The Working Transitions program, in contrast, leverages the power of creative thinking to help you discover possibilities you may not have considered.

Imagining possibilities isn’t all we’ll do. The Working Transitions program begins with a wide-angle exploration of where you are now, and ends up with a real-world, contextual plan of action to get you where you want to go.

Along the way, you will learn valuable creative thinking skills that you can use in every part of your life, as well as gain new insights into your own creative style and preferences. The program includes FourSight assessment, and follow-up coaching.
